Prof. Hashim is a world-renowned surgeon specializing in functional urology and an honorary professor of urology. He is one of the few surgeons in the country who offer a full range of treatments for stress urinary incontinence, including meshless surgery, and urge urinary incontinence, including neuromodulation. He is also trained in prolapse and reconstructive surgery, and offers a variety of treatments for conditions involving the bladder, prostate and urethra.
He receives referrals from urologists, gynecologists and general practitioners in Bristol and the southwest of England, as well as nationally and internationally. He is also director of the country’s most mobile urodynamic unit with an international reputation. He has trained surgeons in urological surgery and urodynamic techniques both in the UK and internationally. He has more than 190 publications to his credit and has lectured around the world.
