We are pleased to announce the 12th International PAAFIS Symposium, which will take place on September 23–25, 2026 in the beautiful city of Wrocław, Poland.
This unique event will bring together pediatric surgeons, urologists, and specialists from around the world to share knowledge, exchange experience, and discuss the latest advances in pediatric minimally invasive surgery.
The Symposium is organized by PAAFIS in collaboration with the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Urology, Wrocław Medical University.

ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION
1. Participation in the poster session or oral presentation session is subject to the following conditions:
- a. a positive review of the submitted abstract,
- b. completion of conference registration,
- c. payment of the conference fee.
2. Abstracts in editable file formats (*.doc, *.docx) should be submitted via the panel available on the
conference website at: https://webinar-med.pl/paafis/streszczenia/ by 31 July 2026, following the structure below:
- a. title of the paper;
- b. authors;
- c. e-mail address of the presenting author;
- d. affiliation (full name of the institution of the author and co-authors, city, country);
- e. keywords (maximum of 6 words);
- f. abstract body:
The abstract body (excluding the title, author/co-author names, and affiliations) must not exceed 400 words.
3. The submitted abstract must be accompanied by the following statement:
“The presented work is an original study prepared independently by its author(s).”
4. The file should be named as follows, according to the type of abstract:
„PAAFIS_Abstract_Poster_(poster title)” or „PAAFIS_Abstract_Oral(presentation title)”.
5. Submission of an abstract is deemed to constitute consent for the presentation of the work from all coauthors and the head of the unit from which the work originates.
6. Authors whose abstracts receive a positive evaluation by the Review Committee will be notified
electronically (by e-mail) within two weeks from the date of submission.
